Tip #2 Prepare Your Home For Selling

Follow these steps to prepare your home for selling

1. Make sure your home is in "Model Home Condition"
2. Curb appeal is paramount, remember the outside of the house is the first thing the buyer will see.
3. Open all drapes to get as much natural sun in as possible. Natural light provides a warm feel to a room.
4. Clean windows can make a drastic improvement.
5. A few drops of vanilla warmed in the oven.
6. Remove the clutter. Items you haven't used in the last 30 days or more should be out of sight.
7. You're moving!! Start to get rid of items you don't need any more or haven't used in the last year.
8. Wash all light bulbs and glass coverings removing all the bugs.
9. Prepare a detailed Information sheet on the home (it does not need to be fancy only detailed & accurate). Good pictures are a plus.
